Repairs

In the unlikely event of problems arising with our instrument, we have a dedicated repairs workshop for addressing all post-sale issues. We strongly believe in the approach to addressing the root cause. Hence, our repair charges are nominal, in direct proportion to the time involved and the items replaced.

To keep the process transparent, we carry out a detailed root cause analysis and share the findings with the user, along with a detailed breakup of the repair charges. Once we obtain user confirmation, the instrument is repaired and shipped back to the site.
