We are not afraid of making mistakes, but very agile in identifying them quickly for course correction.
Growing rapidly, there do come scenarios where we get constrained for resources and time. Luckily for us, our customer’s belief in what we are building for them, and our people’s sheer grit and ingenuity, invariably, bridges the gap.
Our communications with customers are crystal clear in defining what we do, what we are capable of doing, and things that we do not or cannot do!
We like to share authority with team members and create an environment where taking reasoned decisions, even though some may not work, is greatly appreciated. There is, however, one non-negotiable facet - we expect a devotional level of responsibility and commitment towards work because that is how I approach it.
On a personal development front, we encourage our people to go beyond their basic streams of education and experience, to learn adjacent skills and science.
