We have built a standalone Hydrogen Monitoring System consisting of our Patented Sensors and Control & Display Unit (‘CDU’). The CDUs can take inputs from up to 8 channels/ Sensors and cyclically display concentration readout at user-defined cycle rate.
The CDU is generally placed at a safe location away from the site of Sensor installation. In special circumstances, CDU can be housed in a flameproof enclosure for co-locating with Sensors in hazardous areas.
We have developed two variants of CDUs – one for standalone operation and another with an addressable input through RS-232 or RS-485 MODBUS Protocol. It serves both purposes of local display and alarm as well as integration with PLC/ SCADA/ BMS/ DCS/other third-party systems.

FIXaHY-8CH is a Multi-Channel Hydrogen Monitoring System consisting of Control & Display Unit HY-102D (R3) and up to 8 hydrogen detectors FIXaHY-5%-025V or CHS-HTR-PH-100-5V-CM or CHS-HTR-PH-100-5V-B.
A scanner type, stationed, on-line 24 X 7 monitoring device
Three-digit X.XX% concentration readout display
Resolution of 100 PPM over the entire range
Channel-specific LED lights for High (HI) and Very High (HIHI) threshold alarms
2 sets of common voltage-free changeover contacts for alarm and relays
